Shipping

Do you want to know how your products will get home? We choose our shipping agencies according to their speed and trustworthiness, working with international companies to ensure we reach you wherever you are.

Please note that, in addition to the shipping time, each type of article requires different production times.

Free shipping. 

All our mattresses are delivered for free via Seur (Spain) or DPD (Europe). Once the order is shipped, you will get a notification via email and it will take 24-48 hours to be delivered in Spain and it may take up to 4-5 days to be delivered in Europe

Some delivery costs may be applied for islands and territories with special conditions. If this is your case, you will be notified.

Your mattress will arrive vacuumed rolled inside a cardboard box and it will be delivered to your door. Depending on the circumstances, the driver might leave it on the building entrance instead of getting it up to your doorstep. Drivers will often ask for your ID number or name and perform a no-contact delivery to ensure your safety as much as theirs. If you need assistance moving the package, be sure to track your delivery to plan for a family member or a friend to be there to help you.

Please note that, in current circumstances, delivery conditions can change and delays may occur due to changing Covid-19 policies and restrictions. 

We currently don’t offer worldwide deliveries, but we are working on it. 

Returns.

You have 14 days to legally refuse to keep your product with you after you have received it. If you want to return it, you can do it under the following conditions:

Free return and full refund.

You get the possibility to return your product and get a full refund if your mattress is still unrolled and inside its original packaging. 

Standard return.

If you have opened your product, tested it and it is simply not suit for you, a return is possible, but some costs will apply.

Safely moving a whole mattress in original form is difficult and costly. The price will change according to its size, so we will budget the cost and give it to you through email so you can give your consent before arranging the pick-up. This cost will be taken from your refund.

Please note that it is your responsibility to safely prepare the mattress for pick-up. We will check the state of the product once it is delivered in our warehouse. Any damages in the product due to poor packaging will be registered, communicated and discounted from your refund.

Changes and returns due to non-conforming issues.

If you get the wrong product or it has visible damages, please, get in contact to get a solution with our Customer Care department and get a full refund or a free change.

  • Visible damages due to poor handling of the product by the delivery agency:
    If you see any concerning damages in the package at the moment of delivery, please, refuse to accept it and make sure it gets notified to the agency by the driver. If you can, take a picture and attach it in a message to us so we can begin the process to send a new product and solve the matter as soon as possible.
  • Non conforming qualities such as wrong size or model:
    Please, send us a message with visual proof of the mistake. We will give you an answer and discuss a solution with you to replace the product fast and safely.

Cancellations.

We will only accept full refund cancellations if they are placed before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the cost of the return will be applied and discounted from the refund even if you reject its delivery.

Please consider your order before placing it, since we manufacture the products under request, it is possible that your product has already been made when you cancel the order, even if it has not been shipped yet, we might need to incur some costs in this case.

If you request a personalized product, cancellation is not possible after it has been made.
